Best villain?
I'd vote for the first episode ballet dancer, optionnaly for the "vibration man". Some of the others (Spider-plastic surgeon or mute monster girl) were somewhat ridiculous...

Dentist. That was really the only one that made me go "Euggghhh!" and of course Suitengu...but we really don't need to mention him, since he's the villain king and all:P
Although, I think the worst villain without powers is Kagura's mother. She was absolutely wretched, and even in the "sympathy" episode for her, she got none. She deserved what she got.

i really like suitengu's crew (forget all their names tho) but especially Tsujido, the guy w/ the nose piece. he (she??) was too cool.. all buisness...

i really like towards the end of the series, suitengu offers them each a settlement because he feels he no longer needs them, and Tsujido (noseless) and that other guy stay. i really like that... very loyal.
really really liked this show. throughout i COULD NOT wait to see what happened to Saiga and Kagura next. thats really what kept me watching. even though the "monster of the week" thing was a tad lame, it still kept things interesting. saiga and kagura's relationship was very unique. At some points when they thought they were safe, the two would split up and i kept thinking "STAY WITH HER!" poor ginza though... she may have been my fav. character. good thing that pride of hers didn't fall apart :)

towards the end, i was not sure if saiga would live, or if kagura would kill herself. as the credits rolled, i was ON EDGE waiting to see if she returned. it was really touching when (in the last FEW SECONDS!) she showed up on the roof. i was actually thrilled!! an anime has yet to move me like that (maybe except for cowboy) i'm new to this genre, and i like things that are full of emotion, so i'll see what compares. but still, the relationship between saiga and kagura was so touching. fav. line. "sometimes i wish we never stopped running." -kagura

I agree about the mother. She was absolutely irredeemable. We're supposed to sympathize that she starved her own daughter and abused her because she vaguely resembled her father and her father was 20 minutes late to an impromptu wedding? Even worse was the completely unjustified distrust in her daughter who had apparently never done her mother wrong. Yet all that love and regard for an old crazy woman who cared more about a photo shoot than staying in her own lane or treating her model like a human.
The mother crying "I lost everything that night". No you didn't you cold blooded devil. You lost nothing. You abandoned your "love" and your boss crashed herself driving like a moron.
