Does this remind anyone of Mucha Lucha?

I remember watching Mucha Lucha and that had it's funny moments but El Tigre seems like it's taking Mucha Lucha and redoing it with better visuals.

yeah. it looks a lot like mucha lucha. i think its a copy too. also jimmy neutron looks like a big copy of dexters lab. yeah they both look like copies

That's the first thing that came into mind. For a second I thought this was a Mucha Lucha spin-off but after I actually saw more in depth info it isn't.

I think it's similar but at the same time very different. I like El Tigre a lot better than Mucha Lucha, though, and to Andrew I think Jimmy is by no means a copy of Dexter's Laboratory and much, much funnier!

Er, um, El Tigre looks a lot like Mucha Lucha because the character designer worked on both shows. In other words, it's the same artist.
