Can I watch this in Mexican Spanish with English subs?

I read that Nickelodeon released a Manny Rivera DVD which is basically a made-on-demand DVD-R with no extras and alternate European Spanish. I heard there was also a dub with Mexican actors, is there any way of getting this version?
