I thought that too...I even started writing a fanfic about him coming to visit and he and Meena start liking each other...and this drives Cory nuts(cause this was to be back when Cory was like in love with Meena) ...I don't think Tanya would end up on the show since she quit That's so Raven...and idk about Cindy...maybe if she and her family just so happened to be on vacation or something.
