Just watched every episode - left hanging!

I cannot believe they didn't close out the series with a finale.

What a bummer for the fans. Everything is left hanging as we watch the boys run into the abyss of the New York city night.

This was an incredible series, but only six years after 9/11 I can partially understand why they pulled it. Probably on orders from the powers that be.

It hits too close to the reality that we now have today. Can anyone say "false flags."

Yeah it was an upsetting cancellation, it would've had more viewers now with Matt Bomer's success on White Collar than in 2007 when no one knew who he was. There is actually an ending though. The writer used to be on this page talking with the fans and didn't want to leave us hanging. Here's the link:

Just watched a marathon of the 8 episodes. Thanks for posting the link. I was going crazy trying to think of what could've happened

They are all on YouTube...I got mine as a torrent downloaded from The Pirate Bay...

There was actually a bigger reason it failed: there were various strikes taking place around that time (writers and other film folks), so it made the renewal process doubly difficult, especially for what was, essentially, a summer/mid-season replacement-type series.

I agree, though, it felt incredibly hollow to have so many loose ends. This show and "Rubicon" both did that, as did the NBC version of "The Firm".

It didn't help when ABC cut 13 episodes down to 8, which meant they had to really condense the last few, making it seem a bit rushed. But I still love it. I'm still angry for what they did.
