Neal McDonough question!?

I seen on his IMDB that he's in 6 episodes of the 8 that were produced. I'm a big fan of his, especially his villain roles (he was the best in Justified!) I was just wondering if he had a fairly big role that, as per usual, he gets to chew the scenery with? Or is it more supporting/background? I want to check it out just to see more of his and Bomer's work so help would be appreciated? Also, how Is Viola Davis's role/performance?
