Lingering questions

1) Obviously Hope was part of Bobby's former crew and likely went to prison as a result. It is mentioned that they were often on the run from the FBI, they changed their names a few times, and hid in Mexico for awhile. So, was Bobby in the FBI database as a known master thief? If they were married at the time she got busted, wouldn't the feds take a hard look at her husband?

2) What was Jeff's deal? It was shown that he was impulsive, selfish, and didn't think twice about killing someone. His dad mentioned special schools, therapists, and arrests, so he must have been a rotten apple growing up. His mother said his father's guns kept disappearing, which probably means Jeff was stealing them. And how did he spend $35,000 in just a few hours?

3) If the series continued, how would the FBI's pursuit of Annie, real name Dorothy, play out since they can link her to the museum and gold heists? They have her old DMV photos, so couldn't they check that against other DMV photos to find at least on of her new aliases? I read a script for a finale where she fakes her death by killing that blonde waitress in Vegas and making it look like her body, which she might do.

4) How could the crew that pretty much thinks of everything, covers their tracks, and leaves false leads for the FBI to chase allow themselves to be on that gas station's security cameras that he feds saw? They had to have known that the authorities would realize that the GPS signal was spoofed or tampered with and that they would investigate where the real armored truck had been to figure out how/where it's GPS signal was tampered with.

5) The FBI believes that the thieves are in a class of their own, extremely skilled, and focused. We know they're skilled and pretty well focused on the jobs, while they have less control and focus over other aspects of their lives. The feds especially want the mastermind of the thefts (Bobby). Since Bobby & Hope used to be on the run, had to change their names, and hide in Mexico, he probably wasn't as good at planning these thefts and his skill is likely the result of years of experience and trial-and-error, right? Unless maybe he wasn't in charge then and learned from someone else. Jeff and Tom can plan pretty well, as evidenced by their jewelry robbery where they wore waiters' tuxes under their overalls and had a backup escape plan.

6) Why did they rent vehicles that the could have stolen? That leaves bit of a trail with fake or stolen IDs and security cameras at the rental agencies.
