Did anyone else think the wig used in the flashback for the mom could have been a bit more realistic?:)Maybe it's just my old tv, but the production values on this show aren't so good, though that is fine if the show continues to feature such great acting and writing...

I also don't think the husband and wife have much chemistry; in fact the next-door neighbor seems better suited for Leslie Hope's character.

The Katrina aspect bothered me, though I think it's supposed to. It reflects the tacky desperation a person can reach when confronted with a fight or flight situation. Lily ("Brenda") was grasping at straws when the officer pulled her over.

Just some nitpicking...:)I really do like the show so far! Have a great day!

Didn't the dad have an affair or something? I'm not sure but I thought I heard the wife say "do you love her" or something. And also that woman at the beginning who goes "I think we should celebrate"

Yes he was indeed having an affair with the woman who was killed.

I totally thought that was someone else when they had the flashback and she had long hair. But I kept thinking that had to be the Mom due to several factors.
