I think it's really sad that this show hasn't gone far. The first time I saw it I loved it. I thought the characters were well developed, and the plot was fantastic. So I thought we could name shows we love that got cancelled too early. I'll start: [obviously] The Black Donnellys
'Why is the rum always gone'- Captain Jack Sparrow
hells ya firefly was awesome! Make fun of me all you want, I also liked Dark Angel. Carnivale and Dead Like Me were freakin' amazing too. Rome wasn't that bad either.
Oh, I could always walk... I've been faking it. - Jerome (Gattaca)
That was just horrible advertising on the network's part. Nobody knew the show was coming back, so when they played the first episode of the second season, nobody watched it. Thus, it was canceled. Stupid sh't.
Angel Firefly Carnivale Farscape Black Donnellys Charlie Jade Rome Deadwood American Gothic Invasion Space: Above and Beyond Millennium Arrested Development(!) Futurama Dark Skies Enterprise (Mock if you like - I enjoyed it) Dark Angel My Name is Earl The Dead Zone Life
I think I am going to stop there as I can feel myself getting angrier... Especially when you consider what gets to stay on TV for endless seasons of blandness...
1. The Black Donnellys 2. Now and Again (Eric Close, Margaret Colin, Dennis Haybert - loved the concept!) 3. Cupid (Jeremy Piven, someone else had mentioned this. I too loved this show!)
4. Early Edition (At least, we did get a few seasons out of this one!)
