Is it out for purchase on dvd?

The DVD comes with both Hellraiser: Prophecy and Demons to Others, a documentary about the making of the fan film. (That has an IMDB page too.)
So, as to the rundown, it depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for the next studio installment, this film may not be for you. If you're looking for a Hellraiser story that's told in earnest despite low budget and little experience, you might enjoy it.
Either way, it's been available for free, so what do you have to lose? :)
