I think this will be a really good movie at the box office, because Priyadarshan is directing it. The only not so good movie was Malamaal Weekly. Phir Hera Pheri didn't do so good, even though I thought it was pretty good, is because it was directed and written by Neeraj Vora.

It could have done 45-48 crores if it didn't had too much competetion from movies like fanna, krrish and another comedy golmaal.
well i hope priyadarshan gave govinda a main role not like john's role in garam masala.i dont wanna c akki in whole film....i love govinda's comedy....akki is nutin front of govinda as comedian......

The malayalam movie was a sequel to 'Ramjirao Speaking'(Hera Pheri in hindi).
Which is why you have Akshay and Paresh but Govinda(good choice) replacing Sunil Shetty.
Phir Hera Pheri was utter crap.I can't remember even one scene that that made me laugh out loud.
In the malayalam version Baburao's character runs a drama theatre(instead of a garage),which is what Paresh is doing here.If this was made into Phir Hera Pheri it would've been a huge hit.
Kabira(Ramjirao) comes back to haunt the trio in MS but theres no chance of that now in Bhagam Bhag.That was the best part in MS.
But there's no doubt,this is gonna be a huge hit.Govinda will be making a huge comeback.And you can't think of anyone else but Rajpal Yadav as the taxi driver.

first week gross of 14-15 crores.
and total of 23-25.
thats average.
all this because people expected govindas rocking comeback.
but he is treated like sanjay dutt was treated in the haseena man jayegi or jodi no 1 times.
