HELP!!

i bought empire at war at the beginning of last year when it came out, and i downloaded it on my computer, so then about a week later, i went out and bought a new computer, but now when i go to install it i get this error:

Feature Transfer Error

i dont know what this means...and it does that every time.
its really startin to piss me off cause i bought forces of corruption shortly after i bought my computer.

help me please.
