The baby

In the last scene, when Three Finger is feeding the newborn, it moves just like a real baby would and acts like one, too. Does anyone know how that was done? Was it some sort of animatronic device or something? Was it CGIed in? I can't imagine an actual baby would be used for that kind of thing.
