A guy is charged of being a drug cartel leader and 2 key witnesses are there.

Key witnesses are killed, the remaining charge would only be for money laundering and he walks on a bail.

And then the SUSPECT starts running wild all over everyone?? PERSONALLY killing cops, FBI members and LEAVING HIS FINGERPRINTS AND DNA *beep* I N G EVERYWHERE?

Yes - thats about as intelligent as the whole movie was.

Yes indeed. It is also fairly impossible to drive an armored vehicle through St. Petersburg, there are no Klingons and I hope you don't try the things you've seen in Kill Bill at home. You shouldn't look for documentary value in this kind of thing.
