Now when Peugeot have made a new 407 replacing the 406, will he drive the 407 in this movie or his "old" 406?

look at the picture of the dashboard. you see that the rpm gauge reads about 5000/6000 rpm MAX!! the new 407 taxi isn't a diesel, is it???? i sure hope not!!

shareDon't worry the rpm gauge goes up to 7000 rpm, and it also does that in the petrol engine line up.
Besides all the engines in the Peugeot 407 line up, deliver their maximum amount of power at 6000 rpm (except the diesel versions they deliver their max power at 4000 rpm).
But i think I'd rather have the most powerful diesel in their line up, because it delivers more torque than a Mustang V8. It's a 2.7 HDI twin turbo with 204 HP, that's 96 less than the Mustang, but if the Peugeot were 150-250 kg lighter then it would probably win a drag race against the Mustang.
But there's no doubt that the Mustang is the cooler car.
But who know's maybe the new car is a diesel, Peugeot are following in Audi's footsteps in developing a Diesel racing engine.
But I to are hoping that it is a petrol engine.

at least the old 406 has some belivebale mods over the series
esspeacialy in the first movie but this one is just too pumped
no way thos flares and scoops are hidden in "city" mode.
the first taxi had actually functional hidden spoilers second one was a little bit touched up on the computer and the third one was all computer
the second taxi is the best!!!! 406 should have stayed such a classic design
