Which witch is which?

I thought that one of the three mothers each resided in NY, Rome, and Berlin. We see one of them die in Inferno and another die in Mother of Tears. I guess my question is which witch is which mother? Isn't it Sighs, Darkness, and Tears? Also if the witch in Suspiria was one of them then why are there two in Rome?
