Mad Men Finale

Just finished the series on Netflix and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd put Don draper right up there with Walter white or Tony soprano.

I have to say that I wish there was one more season. The ending felt incomplete in ways. When I finished the episode I was actually disappointed to see that was it.

I guess we don't need to see everything acted out and resolved for us. Some of it can be left to the imagination or for interpretation. I guess I was kind of hoping to see what Don did with his life after realizing the things he did.

By the way, Pete didn't deserve to win his wife back.

I see why the show won best dramatic series for so many years. I really enjoyed the writing and the way they made you feel connected with the characters. I think everyone had different views of the finale. I enjoyed it and felt everyone was satisfied as for Pete I see your point.

He would have been amazing if he was D B Sweeny the guy who jumped with the moolah

That's D.B. Cooper.

And do you really think a guy who could write a check for a million dollars to his ex-wife is going to risk his life to hijack an airliner for a measly two hundred grand?

DB Cooper allegedly jumped from the plane.

DB Sweeney starred in "The Cutting Edge" and "Eight Men Out."

And the fan theory that Don Draper would end up being either of them is a bone-headed idea that needs to be trampled down and buried.

He sat cross legged and sang "Ommmm" to his money.
