I'm on S07E09 and the guy just wrote a check for 1 million bucks to Megan like it was nothing. So my question is, exactly how much money does he have?

Anyone got a good guess?

He's probably in the $10 to $20 million range.

Are you saying 10 to 20 million now, or 10 to 20 million in 1969? There is a big difference.

I'd argue that's in 1970 dollars, cause otherwise giving away a million dollars would still be a significant amount of money if he only had 19-20 million. I'd be shocked if he wasn't worth around 75-100 million in today's money.

I don't think Don has more than $1 million at the end of the show...

He sold his apartment for $85,000...

If I understand correctly, Pete got $100,000 salary when he went to LearJet.

One CPI calculator online says $1 million in 1970 is about $7 million in 2021...
