Questions about the Replacements

I’m not sure if I got right how the replacement clones work.

So for every clone birthed there is an extra clone birthed that is left to grow in a transparent tank .. and all the experiences lived by the original clone are recorded and transmitted to his extra in the tank via that device attached to his cerebral cortex.

If so far I am correct then I have a query :

Brother Dawn explains that if his other brothers realise he is different/flawed , they will destroy him and use his replacement.

Seeing his replacement was fed all the experiences the original one lived , wouldn’t the replacement also be flawed in some way?
