So regarding Damien... (spoilers)

He was given the death penalty, but the end of the movie states otherwise. I dozed off once or twice so I don't know if I missed something.

I'm glad he wasn't executed though.

The WM3 were offered an Alford Plea (meaning they can maintain their innocence but agree that the state has enough evidence to put them in jail again). It protected the state from lawsuits and gave the WM3 an immediate out of prison. Jason at first did not want to agree to it, but learning of Damien's deteriorating health and upcoming execution, reluctantly agreed.

The state could not be sued. Can not happen in Arkansas. Just another of Damian's lies. Like him never being around the area of the crime scene, when he actually lived in the apt building directly facing the wooded area 2yrs prior to the crime and knew it well. His supposed aliby phone calls to the girls, who completely contradicted him. His teeth being beaten out of him in prison, which magically grew back. Anyone who seriously believes they are innocent, in my opinion, are just completely against the Christian faith and refuse to honestly look at the facts. Stay off u-tube, and read a couple independently, objectively written books on the case. People would rather believe they were railroaded, than the fact that two of them were really into Satan worship. Good Lord Damian's parents had him committed because they were afraid he wanted to kill THEM! He was killing and torturing animals, cutting people and trying to drink thier blood. How do I know this you ask?? It's in the transcripts and pyschiatric records, presented during sentencing, from his own attorneys, to try to get him life instead of the death penalty. There was a good reason they suspected him and questioned his friends. He was a SICK, SADISTIC F#@K.

You are so wrong, I don't even know where to start. But someday soon, I will fix your post and contradict just about everything you have said.
