Who Wrote These “Gang” Members?!

The kid Joe in the beginning looks like a burnout who rides a skateboard and has purple hair. Kids that look like that aren’t involved in gang affiliated murder. And what’s with the tribal tattoos on the hot rods? Gangsters don’t drive those either lol. Just the cheesiest gang members I’ve ever seen. Let’s just give them all a bunch of tribal tats and call them gang bangers hahaha.
