I want to watch it because i love Janel Parrish, but the ratings are less than 3??

It's a fun, sometimes cute, silly movie that shouldn't be taken too seriously. If you drink alcohol while watching, it's a riot. I've seen it a few times and I've enjoyed it a lot, the music is GREAT. I'll say that. You should watch it.
