Where the hell was Rez?
In the final sequence when they are all being chased...where the heck was rez through all of that?

my friends and I watched this last night and were wondering the exact same thing.
at first we thought it was him killing poeple under the story of the doctor.
so did he die?
He must have died. Or it was their way of leaving something open for a second movie if this one was a hit. no clue.

I think it's because they were in an alternate reality the Dr. created (a la Freddy Krueger) and Rez had no trauma in his past so the Dr. didn't care about him to include him in the reality. Lame, I know.
shareNope, they forgot about him. The same way they forgot about the curley head woman and they smushed her scene in there.
