Who won? The first time it was on TV I wasn't paying attention and the second time it was on TV I missed the time.

Well, authenticity is one of the criteria used by the judges. Plus, just visually, you could see the meat on the ribs the hometown guy made falling off the bone. Bobby's looked way too dry. I really doubt it was "fixed" I think the judges actually liked the other guys better. It may be because their taste is not as refined as Bobby's but that doesn't mean they don't genuinely prefer the other guys.
