Part V won't be as excellent as SA if....

They don't choose a soundtrack that captures the same atmosphere.

Seriously, the radio stations in SA were so perfectly crafted, I feel the music alone set the tone for the entire game. If they don't choose songs with this same tone, I think the game will feel to different than SA. I want that same feeling, ya know?

Has anyone really been far as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

I was just thinking the same thing! Not so much about the radio stations, but that fact that I hope GTAV feels the same as GTA:SA did. But I will admit, the music in these games really do set the tone and feel of the game. The music has always been perfect!

Yeah Rockstar is sooooo good at hand picking songs that perfectly fit into the game. But yes it wont only be the music, you're right. I'm worried that having the game be too realistic will take away from the classic San Andreas feel also

Yeah, the original SA felt really gritty to me, as where this one feels more clean. If that makes any sense lol

I for one hope they at least somewhat stick with a realistic tone. Gta4 was the first GTA I felt compelled to see the story through and not just *beep* around. If you want a wacky sandbox game there is always saints row. I want it to be a crime epic like Red Dead, GTA4, and LA Noire.

I agree completely

They won't be taking music from the early 90s and earlier.

Rockstar would logically choose music that fits the setting of the game, the characters and types of activities you would do in V.

Believe.

Wrong.

That's logical and true to an extent. It seems the same approach to 4 was used in 5 as far as the music collection goes, with a mixture of classics and newer material.
