Season and dvds

Can someone tell me the season its currently in and how many episodes in? I have a lot of spare time lately and bought seasons 1 and 2 to watch. I had never watched it before. Im sure I could have found this out elsewhere and easier but I didnt wanna read a spoiler. Im assuming its in season 3 ...when would that be out on dvd ..next fall? thanks
