Kelsey Grammer here ... and I'm as mad as hell! Another psychiatrist on television? I have a contract saying that I am the ONLY performer allowed to play psychiatrists on television!

Besides the fact that Kelsey Grammer does not have an exclusive right to be the only psychiatrist character on TV, Frasier and Bill Hoffman are very different.
