So wait...[SPOILERS]

Was Page being held against her will to write book(s)? Did she just write that last book (the one Cooper did the survey and everyone said "this book doesn't seem like one he wrote"), or did she write more than one...because it seems like from the way Page spoke with Seth and his guard/chauffer-looking pal, it seemed like she had written more than one.

But then, there's another scene with Seth and Page alone, and it seems like she's just taking dictation for a minute.

Obviously, the ending/conclusion implied that Page stayed there on her own to seek revenge for her mom, but did the boys THINK they were holding her against her will? Why were they having her write the stories? And later on, with the interview with Seth and Page, she seems pretty scared...or is that just her anger?
