First I wanted to say that I LOVE THIS SHOW. I just started watching it two weeks ago - so I have missed a few epys. What does the title "Notes from the Underbelly" mean? I read somewhere that it is based on a book... Any help appreciated.

It is based on a Book of the same name by Risa Green.

And when you are pregnant you have a Belly. Hence a play on words
