Six Degrees of wanting to *beep* Steven Caseman (Campbell Scott)

Finished watching the show and noticed that the central theme of the last few episodes (actually, ever since Anya left the show) had been women fighting to get Steven Caseman's attention and getting to sleep with him. What's the charm of a 46-year-old former alcoholic and drug addicted photographer father? Probably minimal. What's the charm of 46-year-old Campbell Scott? Plenty! I watched and enjoyed the show only because Campbell Scott was in it, and although I found the part with many women (Anya, Laura, Whitney, Christine) falling for Steven a bit forced and rushed, I was impressed by the fake chemistry Campbell Scott managed to create with all those actresses! Also, turning Steven into an accidental and unwilling womanizer by the end of the show when he actually wishes to maintain exclusive and stable relationships only instead of casual flings was nicely dealt with by the show producers in my opinion.
