Need help from 'The Nine' or ABC for help

Hello everyone,

Since “The Nine” was cancelled I am leaving this message on IMDB in hopes of reaching someone who can help me.

My name is Jay Yim and I was a background actor on the set of , "The Nine" on Monday, Sept 11, 2006. My car was broken into and damaged in the parking lot which was provided for extras.

After we were wrapped from the set, I returned to my car my right front passenger window had been completely shattered in what was an apparent burglary attempt. My passenger glove compartment had been gone through as all the contents had been spilled out onto the front passenger seat. I originally had reported that nothing had been taken, however I now believe a pair of my basketball shoes were stolen. They were a pair of And One Basketball shoes”In Your Eye” Model, I then repurchased the shoes for 29.00.

I did not take any photos of the damage as I did not have a camera with me. There was another extra with me who also worked on the set of "The Nine" who saw the damage. I do not recall his name but he told me he was a retired LAPD officer. If I see a list of extras that worked on the show that day, I believe I can recognize his name. I drove home and filed a report with the Rampart Divison of the Los Angeles Police Department and my insurance provider, the Automobile Club of Southern California.

I had my window fixed by the All Star Glass company on Wednesday, Sept 10. The cost of the repair was $229.35.

My main point of concern was I did not see any security guard at the parking lot provided for extras when I arrived or left.
I had wrote a letter to the production office of “The Nine” and they said they
would get back to me but never did since their show was eventually cancelled.

I would like to reach ABC or someone affiliated with the production of “The Nine” so I can get reimbursed for my damages and losses.
If someone can help me out please help me contact ABC or someone from “The Nine” (or hopefully someone from “The Nine” or ABC is reading this and can help me out) it would be greatly appreciated.
