those supposed little girls were all teenagers actually, and dresses do not automatically make an outfit "sexy", especially if they are knee length or longer

I don't know why any reporter ever wastes their credibilty by attempting to start a moral panic concerning too-hot-for-tv costumes. Yes I know only AARP members watch CBS news, but still.

I would like to meet the men who thought these halloween costumes were actually sexy, oh wait they're all in jail already.
or they're still 13 and the family-values crew should be encouraging them to like teenage girls in halloween costumes, over some of the alternatives (right?)
