Bruce Willis is the producer of a hip hop film...but he HATES hip hop...he didn't want to do an interview with Ed Lover(Yo! MTV Raps) just because it was a hip hop show....they did the interview and Ed Lover said "so i heard you hate rap music"...bruce said "yea i can't stand it"...Ed Lover replied with "well i hate that harmonica *beep* you be playing too."...so yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa?

i saw the movie tonight..it wasnt bad, but thats also cuz i love hip hop with a passion. (not the radio *beep* mainly old people were in there because not much young people were aware of the film.
100% of the movies profit goes directly to child educational programs in need of money. so i dont know why i even said profit cuz its a non profit movie.
some parts were pretty sad to hear, u can tell why they are so inspired by rap. Bruce Willis & Russel Simmons helps eachother out to talk to the public about the project. Bruce Willis didnt help like a whole lot, but they were moved by the film...and also Bruce Willis does like hip hop, although he plays in a *beep* rock band, he does enjoy hip hop...and u know wat. most people do when they hear that real *beep* like Rakim.

EXACTLY!
if you heard Rakim spit, it would blow you away.(In my opinion, Rakim is G.O.A.T)

real Hiphop, none of that radio/mainstream/BET/MTV BS that degrades women, promote hardcore drug abuse, materialism & gangs.

Forget that man... P. Diddy is NOT hip-hop. He is the yang to Madlib's yin. Forget that crap.

I don't think that he picked to produce this film soley on the fact that it was Hip-Hop. Obviously it is an amzingly inspirational story, and that is probably why he chose to produce it. Sometimes you have to put yourself second and do something that you think will inspire others to make a change in their life, and not think about liking or disliking the outlet to do good.

Are you guys crazy?

He produced it for the money.

Whether Bruce Willis has expressed any sort of dislike for the hip-hop culture or "rap" I have no idea, but if you're inferring that a rich white man cannot take anything from or have anything to do with hip-hop- please, reconsider. Hip-hop has something to offer everyone just like any form of real, culture based, written with a heart music. And I won't even begin to get into the "rap" vs. "hip-hop" discussion.

Exactly.
i'm white and I don't live in the US, but i just can't understand what's the problem.
When i see people, i don't care if they are white/black/yellow or *beep* purple. They are just people, man. Same case with religions.
You have good, bad and extra bad *beep* people on every color or religion sides.

Open your minds!
