How did any of these three actors work again after this?

I actually think these three actors are very talented-- but if I hadn't see them in other roles, this movie would've given me the worst impression. How did this movie even happen? Jackman was a producer on it, so I don't see how it could have turned into such a runaway circus. Amazing.
