stupidest plot point among a lot of stupid plot points...

After Wyatt shows up and tells McQuarry to steal the money for him...he doesn't get his phone back?!? This allows the rest of the ridiculously awful story to progress, because if McQuarry doesn't still have that phone, he doesn't get the call from Tina, who tells him Wyatt's real name...sheesh.

The reason this is so stupid is because nearly the entire plot up to this point relied on their having switched phones in the first place, which is also stupid...but after putting this whole intricate plan into motion, it doesn't occur to Mr. Brilliant to take his phone back. There are a lot of really stupid things in this movie, but that one's just too dumb.

AND the whole sex list thingy is about no names...but she says "Hi, it's me...Tina"...arghhhhh

and she knows Wyatt's real name...

I'm a Lieutenant Detective in, uh, Homicide. That's a fancy name for murder.

That was because she and Wyatt didn't meet on the list. They met at a networking function.

How about this? Two Americans get their hands on guns, one with a silencer, just hours after arriving in Madrid.

LOL. Or how about just leaving the money in the park? So.... you steal 20 million from a company, they can clearly track it back to you, even if they can't report it, they will still want you dead, so you just leave it there?? Would anyone do that?? Omg... worst ending of all time.
