Clearing Cap Penalties?
Is possible to clear the cap penalties on the 08 game? If so I can't remember how to do so if anyone can explain it would be well apprecatied. Thanks.

on the franchise menu where it says things like my team, stats, my franchise,
go to my team and there will be team info, export team, etc
go into team info press circle and it will say something like are you sure you want to clear cap penalties press yes your prestige will go down a couple of bars but hey more money
