I hate that so many of the ones after force so much immature jokey moments. I re watched this abd found it stunning that this is even connected with the other Avenger movies.

I agree 100%. I have a hard time enjoying Iron Man and the first Captain America (and the Avengers) because of this..... Too campy in many places.
