Confused

ok... It's been a few years sents I've seen this movie and after seeing all the Marvel movies, I have a question, I grew up watching the TV version of the Incredible Hulk with Lou, and Bill, and in the show David was given to much Gamma Radiation and that's why he became what he was,and Blonski just got the serum and that's why he became what he was but in Captain America he got that Radiation and A serum, and that's why he just became the man he was, so my question is why didn't anyone remember what they did to Captain America, and do both? wasn't everything written down between Stark and the Dr's there should have been some record about the experiment on Cpt. Rogers so the other people didn't get the side effects?? because according tho the Incredible Hulk some thing was forgotten..

The serum and the vita rays were used on Captain America. If I am not mistaken the serum was rejected by Blonski and is the reason why he becomes the abomination, same goes for Banner and Red Skull. In the comics, Steve was deemed "worthy" of the Super Soilder serum. This is why he did not reject it. I might be off base here, but Cap is the only one where the serum did what it was supposed to.
