Worst line in the worst screenplay

Delmar: I killed someone once,it was easy that's what makes it so dangerous..
Wtf was that line for..made no sense..
It made about as much sense as this film..
I loved the reboot but this follow up sequel was really bad..
Chock ful of bad writing and acting..
