Be a guy or girl in this situation??
If you're a guy you'll pretty much be killed right off the bat or briefly toyed with and killed. If you're a woman you'll be raped and held captive for at least 9 months and deliver a mutant baby.
As a woman you'll live longer in their captivity (unlike the woman in the beginning even longer if you deliver them some healthy mutants) with a chance of being rescued at some point.
Could you imagine the type of food they'll feed you or the number of times they'll rape you even if you became pregnant if you're a female?! Goodness i'll rather be DEAD! so i'll rather be a dude!

Oh and another way to look at it is what if it were your girlfriend/wife who was in that situation (the woman at the beginning who delivered the mutant baby).
Would you want her to be put out of her misery, or keep on living for a slight chance to be rescued at some point and be with you again??
I would definely want her to live for the slight chance of seeing her again..I think after a few years of her being rescued she'll get back to being herself again but I know she'll never be completely the same again after going thru that kind of experience.

Dr. Papa Hades was much more reckless and impatient too. Hades straight up ripped his mutant baby out, umbilical cord and all. Vaginal tearing is something that still happens in ideal circumstances, and here this *beep* goes dragging the whole infant out all at once. You could just hear it ripping like crazy down there.
