Umm well some feel good rom coms that I would recommend:
500 days of summer
About time
Moonrise kingdom
Submarine
It's a wonderful life (not really a romance or a comedy but makes me really appreciate life hence the title)
The princess bride (not an outright comedy but purposefully cliché)

Some films that are comedies and also are quite feel good:
Little miss sunshine
Fantastic mr fox
Life aquatic with Steve zissou

Superbad (my favourite of the Judd Aptow load that have came along)

Those are all good. 500 Days of Summer for sure. Two best break up movies ever
