The violent breakfast server....

I know it's a minor thing but I was a bit surprised more wasn't made about the fact that a hotel employee hits a guest (on the beach). If I recall, the hotel employee stays on for one more brief scene at the hotel, meaning he actually kept his job. Knowing how the Segel character is, I'm sure he would have reported him to the hotel.
