Just flippin channels I came upon this- the only reason I stayed was Julie Benz. I still didn't stay to watch it- I was hoping to come here for some kind of review or something....

You didn't miss much. The material was typical and Julie Benz was good, but it was the type of role anybody could play. I wouldn't go out of my way to see this one.
