OMG Why is Nick always so cranky!?

I know that Nick as well as his siblings have been through a lot of sh*t in their lives and that he just wants the best for all of them and is just trying to watch out for them but why is he always so cranky all the time? Seriously, every little thing bothers him and then he overreacts about everything too. He just seems to always be in a bad mood.

Chill out!

Have you people ever heard of editing??? Producers can make anybody look one dimensional all the time if they want to. He's made to look that way because they want him to look that way.

reply

yeah he does. ESPECIALLY to Aaron. I don't think it's fair that he overreacts to Aaron all the time. Like when he got drunk. So did Angel and Angel's the same age as Aaron

He got pissed at Aaron because Nick asked him to step up and be a man and be responsible. Instead, Aaron chose to get drunk because he's the type that feels left out if he's not doing what everyone else is doing. Aaron is a follower in every way possible.

reply

Maybe it's because to him, he's felt that he's taken on the 'father role' for them at such a young age.

I agree. I think that he doesn't know how to deal with it, it is tearing him apart. and Aaron that kid has no boundaries. lol

reply

you got to understand and remember that Nick is on probation from his DUI. Thats Nick house and he's responsible for what goes on the in house whether he there or not. If the cops came in when they had the party, I think Nick would of violated his probation, seeing there where underage drinking going on and also for negliance of the party which is why Nick was acting the way he was also. Nick would have gone to jail because of then.

They have a lot of emotional issues they really need to work out. Its so sad, cuz I was like this as well. Therapy really helps a person deal with whats going on in their life and going on in the inside of them. I think they are all scared, that is how I was feeling for a long time too. They need to overcome this in order to grow. I've seen like about 6 episodes of this show already. I was so freaked out over how Nick handles Aaron's problems, staying up late, drinking so much. Why can't they all just get a family therapist? My family had one, think its a best way to live a healthy and stable life.

You can't just put you and your siblings together in a house like that and think oh, this is great, we are all together now as a family! I think this whole situation isnt healthy for any of them. I would feel so trapped in that house all the time with cameras watching every move I make, every word I say... everything. You cant work things out this way. Personally, I would go mad!!!

reply

I so agree with you. Cuz Ive had the same problems with my family

Well, it's probably because Aaron always tells Nick to treat him like an adult, yet the next thing Aaron does is far from being 'adult' or mature. And that's why Nick's always upset at Aaron.

How old are you-thirteen?

Give the dude a break! Out of all of them he's the most successful. And because of their loser parents it's almost like he is the dad, taking care of all of them and you can tell he's fed up, tired of the b.s. but he doesn't want to walk away, because he cares.

reply

Have you seen episode four yet? If I had to drag around a younger brother who behaved that way, I'd always be cranky too.

reply

Amen! What a creep! Totally rude to Creer and Wright-men who have the respect of the music industry. Nick should just let him hang himself "creatively". Aaron needs to learn humility and respect the hard way-he doesn't have it now!

"he's cranky because he's washed-up and Justin Timberlake is a star".....MY ASS...I just watched a rerun of jimmy kimmel and justin performed on it...talk about sucking hardcore...total hasbeen....but hell...I'm 28..not a teenybopper..maybe the hasbeen is the new star..who knows...peace

Leslie, BJ, Angel, and Aaron.

If I was trying to take care of them and get them doing something, anything, and getting total grief for it the entire time, I'd make cranky look a lot worse than Nick is. I can't imagine it helps that for all their whining that Nick isn't their father, all four of them run to him to fix it as soon as something goes wrong.

reply

I know Gawd it's funny. I found myself doing the same thing when all the Leslie, BJ, and Angel were all at eachother's necks. I was thinking, "Nick, where are you?"
It's funny because Nick totally gets on everyone's case and is really the only mature one there I think. I mean, he handled Aaron being totally wasted and that made them closer.

"BROTHERLY LAUNDRY ALL THE WAY!"

-A frickin miracle!

reply

Yup it's definetly true he doesn't walk in like Ronald McDonald. GAWD THAT WAS FUNNY! He's definetly the hamburgaler.

He's got a good heart though

reply

I did crack up when Aaron was making that comparison. It takes a good, drunken rambling to make such statements, that was a drunk off your ass comment if I ever heard one. I bet Aaron really thought he was being like the Hamburgular later when Nick was dragging his drunk butt thru the grocery store (which I totally loved an applauded).

Justin has siblings.

And no one from NSync is poor. Trust me on this.

Yeah, Justin has siblings all right. They are about 10-15 years YOUNGER than him. He has two little brothers Jonathan & Steven, and neither of them are in any spotlight. So that hardly fits in to this entire conversation.

Nick and Aaron have been in the spotlight since they were both young pre-teens, that is the beginning to a horrible (emotional) life. Then their parents are divorced (a nasty one at that), Jane tries and steals all of Aaron's money, assaults her ex-husband, and they're expected to be normal?

I don't think so.

Then he has an alcoholic for a sister, who's an emotional train-wreck already (BJ) , and then he has two other young sisters that drink, smoke and seem to not listen or bother to listen to a word he says. The girls are at each other's throats just like Nick and Aaron were.

But when you grow up in a house full of people that do nothing but fight all the time, that's all you know. You don't know how to communicate, you don't know how to work through your problems. What they need is therapy, and a lot of it. They have so many emotional scares and battle wounds that it's not even funny.

--I agree with whomever made the statement of them getting together out of the blue and expecting everything to be 'all right.' Hell me and my siblings aren't in the spotlight, our parents however DID go through a messy divorce, and we can hardly stand being around each other for an entire night by ourselves... :) And there's only 4 of us.
