I won't go into detail but from what I've heard and/or read, this sadistic "game" can range from the ultra-cheap (i.e. small bets, unorganized) to the super-fancy (i.e. as seen from the movie).

Probably Russian Roulette is a real game underground people play. Anybody seen DEER HUNTER? However, I highly doubt the type of game and format that was shown in the movie 13 can happen in real life. Why would you play or bet in a game that requires everyone to play fairly by watching the light bulb? The percentage of error is too high.
sharewho knows for certain if these type of games really do happen, but snuff films are real enough and so is people killing each other, i guess these type of games probably do exist, although finding one wouldn`t be easy, it`s not like they are advertised on facebook, and would you want to take part, considering how many ways you could lose even after the game is over.
