Where did the information come from?

Watching this telemovie, I couldn't help but wonder where they got the information to make the movie.

We all know the major story, but I mean the bits we don't know about - like the family fighting inside their houses, etc.

It said at the end that it was made without the help of the family.

The police couldn't have released their facts, because that's illegal.

So either.... the writers made it up, or... it came from the Herald-Sun.

Hmmmmmmmmm.

"The Society Murders screenplay has been adapted by Greg Haddrick and Kylie Needham for production company Screentime from a book of the same name by Melbourne barrister Hilary Bonney.

Written largely without the co-operation of the Wales family, the book draws heavily from police statements and evidence presented in court."

There have also been books written on it, and from the book and information I have read, this movie was pretty true to all of it. In dealing with a sensitive case like this, they would have had to be very careful in dealing with the information.

The last movie I watched was: Clerks II
