... gets me all choked up & teary every time I watch the movie.

From the part when Petey gets on the air to announce King's assassination, the rioting in the streets, right up to the part where Vernelle is hugging him telling him, "You did good, baby."

I get all teary every single time. Anyone else?

bawled like a baby, more than once. great film, highly under-rated picture about a highly under-rated (outside of DC, anyway) personality. loved Cheadle in this role, he hit it out of the park.
