What did you rate 'The Wizard of Speed and Time' (1979)

I liked this short film featuring a superhero in a green wizard's outfit who is about as fast D.C. Comics' Flash.

Not really special, but amusing. I haven't seen the 1989 feature-length expansion. I rated it 5/10 for the database. What did you rate it?
