Most Effective Scene *Spoilers*

I haven't watched the whole film yet, but it's online and I started watching it. But the scene that really got to me was when Elliot gets his sense of sound taken, with the two little spikes that go into his ears. Right when they do that, they use this sound effect, a very, very high-pitched, but not overly loud sound that literally hurt my right ear when I heard it, and made me very uncomfortable, because it puts you in his shoes at that one moment and that so far was the best scene. That and the last thing he hears is an audio of his wife saying she loves him.

where can you find it online?

It's on megavideo.com on the last page, which was page 4 when I searched it last.

that was a pretty weak an boring sense, fitting a weak and boring movie. also, how was that "effective"?

Agreed about that scene. To not bother anyone else, I was watching this movie with earphones on. I literally had to stop and take my earphones off and go ouch!.

But you see movies online? pa-shaw! Here, I paid $150 for my DVD of Senseless. ;-)

I also agree- films often try to put you into characters shoes, but this effect really managed it perfectly. My ears also hurt! If you tell Hollywood "make the audiences' ears hurt" they'd just put a loud bomb...this was cool
