Did they even finish this before releasing it?

There's so many scenes where you can tell the voice work was clearly dubbed over by someone else because the ADR does not synch up with what the actors are saying. This movie is a huge steaming pile of crap as it is, but it appears they didn't even bother finish putting it together and just dumped it into theaters.
